Four snowcats and one helicopter

Three cats carry the groups, and Tamarack is the spare, warmed up every morning. The A-Star flies the heli days.

The cats

Each cat has a heated passenger cab with 12 seats. Lunch is at 12:30, in the cab or the warming hut.

The A-Star (Airbus AS350 B3)

Marta Eriksen flies it. It takes four guests and one guide a load, and up to eight heli guests on a flying day. It came to the basin in 2009.

If it can't fly, your heli add-on is refunded in full and you ski the cat day.
