Terms, in plain language
The most important term first: this is a fictional concept build, not a real business. Nothing on it can be bought, booked, or relied on as a service. Everything below is the honest framing around that.
A concept build
Powderhorn Basin is a concept build by Kootenay Made Digital. The operation, its people, and the town of Muleshoe, BC are fictional. No trips are running, no seats are for sale, and no money changes hands. Any prices, dates, packages, and availability shown are illustrative ranges, drawn to demonstrate design, not offers you can accept.
No services offered
Because the operation is fictional, this site does not form a contract, take a booking, collect a deposit, or create any obligation. The inquiry form is a design demonstration and does not send or store anything.
Using this site
- The content is provided as-is, to show what an operator site can be.
- Names, people, and places on it are invented and any resemblance to a real operation is coincidental.
- The design, code, and copy are the work of Kootenay Made Digital.
If this were a live operation
A real cat and heli operation’s terms would cover booking and cancellation, deposits and refunds, an activity waiver, and the honest reality that mountain weather and snow conditions can change a plan. This concept keeps that language out on purpose, so nothing here is mistaken for a real agreement.
