Terms
This is a concept site for a fictional cat skiing operator. Nothing on it can be booked, bought or paid.
A concept build
The trips, seats and payments on this site are part of the design, and none of them is real. The prices, weeks, open seats and packages on this site are concept figures, drawn to show how an operator's site can work. None of them is an offer you can accept.
Nothing here is a booking
Because the operator is fictional, this site cannot form a contract, take a booking or collect a deposit. The booking form is a design demonstration and sends nothing. The board, the standby seats and the demo pages show invented guests and invented weeks.
The money rules on this site
The prices page sets out deposits, the balance, cancelling, Snow cover and what the weather gives back. They show how a real cat skiing operator would write those rules, in full and in dollars. On this concept build they are part of the design and bind nobody.
Using this site
- The content is provided as it stands, to show what an operator's site can be.
- The operator, its people and the town of Muleshoe are invented, and any resemblance to a real operation is coincidence.
- The design, code and words are the work of Kootenay Made Digital.
Concept build by Kootenay Made Digital. The operator, its people, the town of Muleshoe and every figure are fictional. The airports and the mountains are real.
