Privacy, in plain language
The short version: the only thing this site would collect is the inquiry form, we would use it only to write you back, and we would never sell it. Because this is a concept build, no live form is wired, so in practice nothing is collected at all.
What the form collects
On a live version, the booking inquiry asks for three things: your name, your email, and which week or package you are asking about. That is the whole record. We would keep it only to reply and to plan your trip, and we would delete it when it is no longer needed for that.
Analytics
A live site would use only basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read, with no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling. We do not need to follow you around the internet to run a ski operation.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We never share it beyond what it takes to plan your trip.
- We never send you marketing you did not ask for.
This is a concept build
Powderhorn Basin is a concept build by Kootenay Made Digital. The operation, its people, and the town of Muleshoe, BC are fictional. No real personal data is processed here. If Powderhorn Basin were a live operation, this page would name the real contact for privacy questions and the applicable Canadian privacy law. As a demonstration, it stands as a model of how an honest, plain-language policy should read.
